After registration, All residents must show proof of ID with issued visible lanyard while in pool area at all times. Without lanyard you will be asked to leave.

Residents must accompany guest.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT OWN RISK!

Pool Hours: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm

• No Pets are allowed in pool area
• No one under age 16 without adult
• No Smoking
• No Loud Noise
• No Music (unless you are using headsets)

The HOA assumes no responsibility for accident or injury, swim at own risk.

Private parties are booked by appointment only.

A fee is charged, please book through First Service Residential.

Kitchen and cabana area to be cleaned after use.

Please take care of this area like you would your own kitchen.

Lakeshore Village has beautiful landscaped areas that are managed and maintained by our property management company.  Our look and feel is like a private resort which gives you time to relax and no more yard worries, as yard services are included.

Our lake has great eco system and provides a nice view for residents who live around it.  Our lagoon provides water directly to Joe Pool Lake.
